Squat Right: Gluteus Maximised workshop

Strong Living Personal Training bring you a fitness workshop focused on enhancing glute engagement and squat efficiency at The Pavilion beside Canoe Lake in Southsea on Saturday 6th January 2018.

The workshop runs from 10:00am to 12:00pm noon, and there are spaces for 20 people.

Enjoy the spacious studio setting while learning how to optimise a key functional exercise, maximising the benefits of a workout which you can do absolutely anywhere.

Explore hip anatomy and range of movement, assess your squat, and get in the know about corrective exercises.

The workshop is just £10 per person. This class forms part of Strong Living Personal Training’s first-Saturday-of-every-month programme at The Pavilion.
